One of Tuscor Lloyds regular customers called upon the UK office in ‘distress’ during April 2003, due to some important project cargo being short shipped by the shipping line in Rotterdam.

As this was required for the oil rig/platform in Malta, at a certain period and at certain cost levels, Tuscor Lloyds UK were engaged to perform this challenging task.

Overnight, police permission to move the cargo by road in Rotterdam for transfer from one terminal to another terminal, space allocation at the loss of 28 slots and securing and lashing whilst the cargo was loaded on the deck of the ship was successfully completed by the personnel of Tuscor Lloyds UK office. The cargo was delivered to the rig in Malta as promised and moreover within the same price structure.
